Continuing Education Credit Completion Requirements Policy


At The SLP Business Suite, we are committed to providing high-quality continuing education courses for speech-language pathologists while ensuring that participants meet the necessary standards for earning continuing education credits. This policy outlines the completion requirements that participants must fulfill in order to earn these credits.


1. Course Completion Requirements:


1.1 Attendance:

Participants must attend all scheduled course sessions in their entirety. Full participation is required to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the course content. This includes live and on-demand courses


1.2 Active Participation:

Active participation in discussions, group activities, assignments, and assessments is essential to facilitate meaningful engagement with the course material.


1.3 Assessment Completion:

Participants are required to complete any quizzes, assessments, assignments, or evaluations provided throughout the course. These assessments help demonstrate comprehension and application of the course content. 


1.4 Course Evaluation:

Completion of a course evaluation form is mandatory. Participants' feedback is valuable for enhancing the quality of our courses and services.


2. Minimum Passing Grade:


In order to earn continuing education credits, participants must achieve a minimum passing grade of 70% on all assessments, as determined by the course instructor.


3. Certificate of Completion:


Upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of the above requirements, participants will receive a digital Certificate of Completion via email  indicating the following details:


- Course name

- Date of completion

- Number of continuing education credits earned


4. Reporting Continuing Education Credits:


Participants are responsible for reporting earned continuing education credits to the appropriate professional organization or licensing board. The SLP Business Suite does not assume responsibility for reporting credits on behalf of participants.


5. Retention of Records:


Participants are encouraged to retain their Certificates of Completion as well as any relevant course materials as proof of participation and completion for future reference.


6. Appeals and Queries:


If participants believe there has been an error in assessing their completion, they have the right to appeal the decision. Appeals should be submitted in writing within7 business days of receiving the completion status.


7. Policy Review:


This Continuing Education Credit Completion Requirements Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its alignment with best practices and industry standards. Any updates will be communicated through our official communication channels.
